The term “Paki” is a colloquial term found in United Kingdom (UK) and United States (USA) vernacular for a person of West-Asian heritage living in a Western nation (often used in a derogatory manner); Paqui, however, is a company that manufactures weapons of mass destruction in the form of a triangular corn chip, dubbed: The One Chip Challenge. But its most offensively used against Pakistanis. ***only Pakistanis can say this word*** because the word is *meant* for them, and even tho other South asians can be mixed up with them, its still just for Pakistanis. You could say its similar to the c slur, which is used against Chinese people specially, but other East asians get called it too. Because this word is specially for Chinese people, only they can reclaim it. Well its the same for the use of paki.

Get the Pakimug. A term used by white and black guys in the 70s and 80s when they were attacking Bangladeshis who were East Pakistanis at the time. However when the tall, muscular, Mirpuri Pakistani from actual Pakistan moved in, they smashed white and black skinheads and pimped their daughters out which started the National Front, EDL and Britain first.
