The Jersey Sprinkler is when you fill a colander with diarrhea, tie a string to the handles and whirl it in a circle above your head.
She needed to call in a professional carpet cleaner after I gave her home a Jersey Sprinkler at her son's bris.

Get the Jersey Sprinkler mug.A commonly misunderstood region of the country. South Jersey is slightly different than North Jersey. South Jersey calls it a hoagie thank you very much, and South Jersey residents know for a fact that none of them NONE OF THEM are anything, ANYTHING like any cast member from the Jersey Shore.
If you are from South Jersey you do not say "Joisy" and you definatly say "Wooder" not "Water"
Residents should be their own state and they know it. At the very least South Jersey should be combined with Delaware and Philadelphia and its suburbs to make a new state, South Jersey residents really are sick of being connected with the Jersey Shore and North Jersey in general.
New Jersey is a state that gets constantly made fun of by comedians and TV shows yet they make fun of North Jersey associating it with the mob and corruption, South Jersey has it's own downsides to make fun of thank you very much, we are plagued by drugs and corruption of our own we do not need the Mafia to be made fun of.
To summarize the difference between North and South Jersey, you can't gather more than ten people in South Jersey without at least one of them wearing a Philadelphia Phillies shirt in some way or another.
And no the Nets are not ours, when it comes to basketball we stick our heads in the ground and pretend we live in another part of the country.
One final thing, we do not have an accent, everyone else does.

Tourist: "Yo dude I'm seeing red tee-shirts everywhere man! Is it international red day or something?"
Local: "No we're just Phillies fans:
Tourist: "But it's.....winter Spring Training doens't even start for a month"
Local: "You're in South Jersey the more red you see the farther you know you are from the North, and the better"

A common misconception of residents in New Jersey is the individuals on the Jersey Shore. People in New Jersey are commonly stereotyped as steroid poppin', hair spiked, orange douche-bags or for women extensions in hair, fake long nails, orange bitches. To your surprise, people from New Jersey happen to be normal human beings. The only areas with the New Jersey stereotype are in the Jersey Shore and most of those people are from New York or Philadelphia. The people who are from New Jersey and follow the stereotype are despised by the normal folk in New Jersey. Most of us do not speak with an accent, do not say "Joisey", pronounce the words "dog" and "talk" properly and are completely aware there is not a "w" in either of those words. If you do your research you will find that most of the people on the MTV reality show "Jersey Shore" are from New York. Trust me, whenever we see that New Jersey stereotype we too despise him and classify he/she as "Douche". To sum this all up, the stereotype is false. We are normal people. The only people who follow the stereotype are New Yorkers, Philadelphians, and the common anus.
- I have lived in New Jersey my entire life.

Person #2: No, if you were you would have an accent and say "Joisey" HAHAHAHAHAH!
Person #1: Die, away from me...
Stereotype: Douche

Get the Jersey Redneck mug. These are the girls that are found always at the men's athletic sporting events. Often they are pretty girls that follow around the players and believe that they will all be famous. They tend to apply titles to them instead of names, such as "he plays baseball, or he is a football player” You can point them out easily, look for the cute girl and ugly guy. They can name you every players name and number on the roster of each particular sport. Unless you play that sport, they rarely pay attention to you. While this deals with colleges, it is similar to the high school idea of “I am dating the quarterback of the football team.”
"All of the baseball players are at that bar, lets go"
"You have no chance with her, she is a jersey chaser"
"I date a football player"
