Noun: A long turd placed along the upper lip in such a way as to resemble a handlebar mustache. Usually administered to those who may be considered enemies, this Texas treat could possibly be given to someone you love. However, that's certainly an avenue I'm not willing to explore.

I hate my boss so much I swear I'll give him a San Antonio Handlebar if I ever get fired.
