Russ Diamond a local state politician from Pennsylvania has repeatedly claimed COVID 19 is a hoax and that mask use is not necessary. Although lacking formal education, he claims he is an expert on infectious disease. Russ owns one red shirt dress and a pair of crusty black jeans.
