Fresher spread

Three meanings all used interchangeably:

1. Like fresher-five : gain weight hence spread

2. Fresher flu - flu which spreads like wild fire because freshers can’t keep their hands to themselves

3. Freshers ‘spreading of legs’

Returner Grace: gee John that fresher spreads hitting you hard, I swear you’re twice the size since I last saw you!
Fresher John: Fresher spreads got me in more ways than one. I’m sick as a dog.

Returner Grace: Yeah well you know why, you woulda got it off that girl you were hooking up with last Sunday night. Bloody fresher spread alright.

2)Could also be talking about easily spread butter.

When you and a group of people go door to door in a neighborhood, spreading mayonnaise on their doorbell, door handle, peep hole. In a timely fashion without getting caught
