Special Snowflake Disorder

Special Snowflake Disorder or SSD for short, is a disorder that happens when someone thinks they are more special than anyone else when in fact they are not special at all.

Person 1: I hate normal people.
Person 2: Sounds like you've got a case of Special Snowflake disorder, because you think you're special but you aren't!
Person 1: STOP YOU'RE TRIGGERING ME!

Special Snowflake syndrome

‘Special snowflake’ syndrome, is a disease in which the subject believes that because she occupies a subculture mildly different to the mainstream, she is inherently better, and above them. The subject will never state that she is better, but it is implied, as is the belief that she is rare in her qualities, despite, in reality, being an only slightly less common cliche. Subjects suffering from this syndrome have been known to make statements such as “I’m the girl who’d rather stay home reading Harry Potter than get drunk and get ‘sweet hooks’ “, and will frequently act as if she is under tremendous pressure to act like a ‘typical girl,’ not realising that ‘typical girls’ are a myth, and those she looks down upon are not what they seem.

Special Snowflake

A person obnoxiously self-entitled and self-righteous based on their personal traits (e.g. gender, sexual or dietary preference). Special Snowlakes are widely known for deeming their own set of features superior to the uniform mass around them.

The term comes from the obvious fact, that every snowflake is unique in pattern, thus calling one of them special based on uniqueness is as senseless, as calling a person special for having a unique set of fingerprints.

A: As a femme boy I can have an opinion on women's clothing, and you can't! Have you ever worn a skirt?

B: Aaaaaaand... here we see a perfect exemplar of Special Snowflake species. Look at him feigning PTSD, opression and whatever!

precious snowflake

Children being spoiled by parents who refuse to take any responsibility for raising said children, and who then attempt to blame anyone and everyone around them for their child's poor development.

The mother sued the school because her precious snowflake failed all her classes, despite all the studying said snowflake didn't do, instead going to parties till 3 am every weeknight.

Child of extremely overprotective and/or self-absorbed parents. Coddled from birth, their mommy and daddy will get stupid, ludicrous rules added or changed because they cannot fathom the idea that their kid might have to learn humility. Often turn out to be stuck-up, spoiled pains in the ass because they get everything they want.

Her mother called the school because precious little snowflake got her feelings hurt by the quarterback.

The 'orange snowflake' is an extremely rich American politician who wants to build a wall between America and Mexico. He only got a small loan of a million dollars from his father, and his small hands from his mother. it has not been easy for him. On top of this he supports guns not gays (and ethnics) which makes rednecks really love him, and his twisted views.
