A Cheem is someone who is foul on the outside and on the inside. Generaly someone who is a dick and has little regard for their appearance.

John: “Did you see that guy in the stained t-shirt and joggers who kept bumping into people and demanding apologies?”
Owen: “Yeah, what a cheem!”

I met a guy with a wikkid mullet, had a major french accent and go figure, he was lookin' to buy NKG's !!! Musta been from Chelmsford !!!
