Despite the apparently missing exclamation points, this phrase is indeed not an interjection. Used to denote utter coolness, yet with a snarky, ironic edge, a close synonym would be sick nasty, with emphasis on the latter.

An AMAZING band from Slough, England.
Influenced by Blur, Oasis, The Smiths, etc.
They used to go by Brother but they got sued by another band with the same name so they had to change it to Viva Brother, which is a better name anyway.
The band consists of
Lee Newell - vocals, guitar
Sam Jackson - guitar
Josh Ward - bass
Frank Colucci - drums
I met them one time at a concert and they're really cool. :D
