The clothes are pretty basic except the company slaps their signature whale logo on the back and charges you 10x what it’s worth. Add some boat shoes and go boating on the Vineyard and you’re ready to go.

Vineyard Vine

a clothing line that takes the preppy cliche to another level. It's literally suggesting that your a preppy county yacht club kid. People only buy them when they go to college so that people think they have money. It's sending a wrong message and it's a way of bragging that you are rich or trying to show that your rich.

Person A:Oh your wearing a vineyard vine shirt? Let me guess, daddy Is a stock broker and mommy is an anesthesiologist?
Person B: nope dads a brain sergon and mom is a civil engineer. What about you? your wearing vineyard vine too what do your parents do?
Person A: well....... My mom is the CEO of Bear sterns and my dad is the wolf of wallstreet

Person A: your a lier, take off the vineyard vines. Your one of those kids who bought them to fit in while in college

An extreme prep store as defined by themselves. Part of Martha's Vinyard, a "J.Crew"-like style only more over priced and douchier. Common products are items you may find an adult, who often has an annual income in the mid to high six-figure range, wearing. A style very similar to the ass hole boyfriend, Daniel Cosgrove, in "National Lampoon's: Van Wilder", or Dan Aykroyd's initial character in "Trading Places". Often worn by Frathole or Slutority on the college level.

"Yo bro! U tryna max out your dad's amex? Let's go h.a.m. at Vinyard Vines. Heard the new line is in."

"OMG slut, just bought my new rain jacket at Vinyard Vines. It was a steal for only $200."

One of the most horrible smells on the planet...somewhat similar to Olives or Cat Pee
