Tipsy

Tipsy is when you are slightly drunk. On the edge of being drunk. That happy floating feeling that makes you feel calm and relaxed. Sometimes can cause hiccups... that is what "Tipsy" is.

I drank some of my mums champagne and am now sitting on the kitchen bench feeling tipsy.

tidy darts

What you say when someone has done something extremely well. Comes from actual darts playing, if a player hits three triple twenties or somthing, other players or spectatores say 'tidy darts' or 'good darts'. Also comes from the Welsh slang 'tidy', meaning 'nice one', 'good' or 'that's great'.
