Come Up

The time from when you first take a drug, to when you reach the first peak of the trip/roll. Usually the first 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on what drug taken, and the person.

The come up with those rolls was pretty quick.

I always get sort of antsy on the come up with doses.

Come up

The Come up is the period of time when the drugs that one has taken (usually psychedelics such as LSD) are beginning to take noticeable effect. Normally referred to as the first stage in a trip before peaking.

He began his come up after 30 minutes of taking 2 tabs of acid.
