1. Disgusting filth, usually of a biological or fungal nature.
2. Infectious waste.

Dirty dishes forgotten in the sink for three weeks were found covered in sliggins.

The act of taking prescription pills or other medicines (such as cough syrup) simultaneously with alcohol. Usually done to produce a dizzy and numbing feeling throughout the body.

Rumors had it that Lil Wayne had been swiggin at his party, but later it was found out he does not drink alcohol.
