When someone shows someone sympathy not because they are sympathetic but because they are a simp.

"Aw that's so sad" no genuine concern however the person wishes to appear this way because they are a simp. This is simpathy

When someone simps too much, he is simpathic or have too much simpathy.

He has too much simpathy. Fucking simp. Fuck him.
