A beautiful African name given to women who know how to pull back and shart. In fact: the name "Shartina" is actually derived from sharting. In case you didn't know, in African-American culture, it is customary that you simultaneously shit and fart (i.e shart) in order to show your tribe that you are friendly. The scent of your shart shows what you've been eating and drinking, which allowed them to distinguish friend from foe.
