Scrublord. A scrub is a player who is extremely bad at a game on Console and PC. The term Scrublord is also used as a common insult amongst gamers in voice chat, commonly used by salty and toxic players.

A tenant who rents out there rented place(s) on Airbnb for profit, thus removing these places from the rental pool.

That guy rents three different condos pretending to live there, but rents them all out on Airbnb , and lives with his mother. What a scumlord!
