Bob looked to be a promising hire with his Princeton degree and impressive summer internships. But when his boss checked his internet use log, it was obvious Bob had been sandbagging up a storm: posting daily from work on his "Notorious B.O.B. in da hizzouse" blog and spending an inordinate amount of time on midgetporn.com.

A car that purposely slows down (especially in the fast lane) to impede you from passing them either on the left or right. Cars often use this maneuver while "passing" tractor trailers and moving the same speed or slightly faster than the trailer to slight the driver (s) behind them.

Yeah I was trying to pass and came up behind this car and soon as I was about to pass, he started sandbagging me for 3 miles.
