The attitude of someone whose prostate(s) are acting up but they don't want to get the problem taken care of because for some reason they think complaining about it all the time makes them seem more mature.

I wish he would just get over his prosterity so we can hang out like normal people.

Presenting the facade of prosperity, success, wealth, or commercial activity by the use of fake goods, knock-offs, or false fronts, in order to impress or fool the public, government officials, financial investors, or friends, as a propaganda tool.

As Fermanagh, Ireland, prepared to host officials from the wealthy G8 nations, run-down and abandoned stores were painted over with images of "free-market" prosperity. A happy, thriving butcher's shop consisted of stickers plastered to windows showing rows of meat, fish, poultry ready for sale, like a prop for a Hollywood movie.

Putin: "This is nice Irish Austerity Village full of propsperity. Is just like my Mother Russia."

Everyone knows that you have an abnormally small head but no one will tell you because it may be so devastating to you that you would kill yourself is a prospericy.
