Interpreting a statement or story to be the most complex or unlikely situation possible. Or, your comprehension is the opposite of the most likely explanation for something you hear or read. This often happens with statements that have one or more homonyms.
I had an Anti-Occam's Razor moment after reading the news headline, "50 million blinds recalled" when I thought of a huge population of blind people being remembered.

Technique of philosophical discourse wherein the most obvious and simple explanation must be pointedly ignored to allow discussion of weak and immediately falsifiable alternatives. Used primarily to draw out a discussion with minimal danger of actually reaching a resolution.

Occam's shit stick is the opposite of Occam's razor. Occam's shit stick is when a conventional explanation of something seems complicated and to explain away perceived inconsistencies one come's up with an even more complicated explanation which is filled with even more (usually profound) inconsistencies.

When someone claims to be a person of color, but espouses white supremacist beliefs. The explanation with the fewest sssumptions, and thus most likely the correct one per Occam’s razor, is that the person is actually just white and racist.
I know he said he was black, but all of his posts in /r/the_donald make me think he’s white, per Occam’s racist.
