It's a movie

"It's a movie" is a form of slang initially coined by Soulja Boy in response to having his gum taken away during a radio-talk. This phrase means that the situation that you are in is legitimate; serious; commands your respect or attention.

Big Draco: "What's that?"
Angela Yee: "Your Gum..."
Big Draco: "Oh, it's a movie"
