A Japanese or korean car that has been robbed thru breaking the ignition with a vice grips and sticking a flat head screwdriver into the ignition to start it. Usually these are robbed and burnt out in 6-54 hours, but in rare occasions the car can be a merc and it’s robbed in a different way for rallying. Either way it’s done, it’s fucking active.
