Initiation of neophytes when entering a Frat. Usually done by hitting the hind with a paddle while butt-naked. Done multiple times. Can kill.

a group of people (seniors and juniors) in college or high school that go around and try to scar or humiliate the freshmen by getting them to do stuff. Done between sports teams.
