(adjective) it is used to describe someone who is wandering about, confused, and therefore acting foolishly gallivant, or seeking pleasure from the opposite sex.

this tends to irritate people and cause unwanted tension.

ditch the zero and stick with the hero.

nigel: hey girl, you wanna?
tense girl: no cause you're acting all gallivanty and i don't like it.
nigel:okay, i'll ditch the zero and get with the hero.
tense girl: good!
