a statement given as advice to someone who is exhibiting "FOMO" (Fear Of Missing Out) and can't stop fretting about making decisions in their social life;
Stacie was wiling out about whether or not to go to the fashion event or the industry panel, or both. I said, "'no fomo', girl, just pick one and have a good time."

Fear Of Missing Out-
(I am the originator of this term back in 2000)
It's true definition is:
To be in one location yet have an overwhelming feeling that something really great is happening elsewhere...
thus you must leave one party to attend another... only to discover that you are still plagued by the fomo at the new location.

Fear of missing out
When you aren’t in the mood to do something or go somewhere but you think if you don’t go you’ll be missing out or something will happen without you
