Ok I totally made this up but you know the term fob? or F.O.B? well we use it a lot at my school (and its wrong, i know) to describe some of my fellow orchestra members here at plano senior high, and well, i thought it was time for the orchestra minority, aka the whities, to have a term. So F. O. C or foc means "Fresh off the cruise." Like they're really white and affluent and they go on cruises all the time? Yeah like everyone I know is like that. And they're republican.

FOC's are immigrants from neighbhoring countries who emigrated via a car, usually illegally.

In America, the only FOCs are Mexican and Canadians (Canadian FOCs are very rare though).
