a situation where somebody is not sure whether to hold the door open for an approaching but slow or a faraway person and maybe creating awkwardness for both parties, or to not bother holding the door and risk looking insensitive

The worst part of a dooremma is people are not sure whether to thank the person for holding the door open, or to curse the person for involuntarily rushing them through the door.

Her blog also contained thinly veiled work stories.

Doofenshmirtz

Doofenshmirtz is a Character that is on the children's televison show "Phineas & Ferb." Dr.Doofenshmirtz's attempted evil plans are foiled by secret agent, and his nemisis Perry the platypus. Perry is the beloved pet of Phineas, Ferb and Candice. He does not speak. Instead he makes a little platypus noise. Dr. Doofenshmirtz's plans are never great ones and he always gives Perry the Chance to ruin his plans, also, his "evil" plans are somewhat ridiculous. For example. He hates gnomes, so he amde a machine to destroy all the gnomes in the tri-state area.
