Choom

Choom is a slang term used in Cyberpunk 2077 that means "friend," "buddy," or "pal." It comes from the longer word "choomba," which evolved from the older term "chumba." In the world of Night City, choom is how people show camaraderie, trust, or sometimes sarcasm, depending on how it’s used. It’s the cyberpunk version of saying "bro" or "dude" and is commonly used in conversations between close allies or fellow mercs.
