Someone who hits the juul, bong, cigarette, bong, blunt, ect. excessively enough to be considered a “big chiefer” rather than a regular chiefer. The term can be used to describe someone who’s chill as fuck and will always give you chiefs, or will always accept the chiefs you offer them.
