The process of licking the butthole of someone else or possibly your own, depending on your flexibility. Also refers to someone that kisses ass!

2) a silly, fatuous, and/or insipid word stated after drawing attention on oneself by way of the start of a profound/intellectual comment (used in a comedic or puckish fashion)
3) a way to address someone similar to saying "hey buddy", but rather, "hey buttdick"
4) a childish compilation of two curse words into one
5) a compound word used to annoy someone demaning respect from the user: "Hey mom, buttdick"
