He always shows compassion, love, and respect to the people he cares about. If your not friends… with Evan what are you doing??? Evan’s one of those boys that are 90’s fine. Like real handsome and rare, he just catches your attention from the moment he walks in the room… he’s hella smart and far from shy, he’s the exact opposite. He uses lots of eye contact when your talking to him, and he smiles a lot, it’s super easy to fold, and he makes you feel like your in a dream when talking to him. When you hug someone like Evan you’ll feel small, safe, secure and in your own world like no one else is around but just you two. When people call him a crackhead believe it! He will literally argue with anyone about any topic, especially football. Evan is a real big football fan. And he stand on BIDNESS. He’s the type of guy that makes a girl feel like they don’t have to have their guard up all the time. If he notices somethings wrong, he’ll fix it. Need to talk? Talk to Evan. He articulates things well, he’s God fearing and never makes you feel judged. ALWAYS feel comfortable around him. And make sure you treat him the same. Otherwise he’ll cut you off and act like you don’t exist. My advice is, if you meet an Evan keep him, he’s definitely the boy of your dreams. And be patient and take care of him like he will do for you.

It is used a lot in project management where it became necessary to allow additional time for these unforeseen and unforeseeable events. Where it was not possible to allow this time against a particular element of the project, a non-specific increase in time was allowed to cover these eventualities, this became known as the Buggerance Factor.
The Buggerance Factor is there to cover the extra time needed to rectify those things, which never ever go wrong, but invariably do if you fail to allow for them. It is usually added because of a sixth sense on the part of the project manager that something unexpected is going to happen and is the factor that allows for the law of project management that states Parkinson, Murphy and Sod are alive and well and working on your project.
