Moving to music so that the sensations produced by your movements or by any tactile contact match the rhythm and/or beat of the music.

Bougaling is outwardly exactly the same as all the various ways we physically respond to music, such as; swaying to the music, shaking your booty, patting your foot, drumming on the steering wheel, playing air guitar, etc. The difference is that the intent is to feel the sensations as they match the music.
