A movement, seeking peaceful protest of authoritarian, regimes, or governments by organising silent protests, typically holding blank placards.
The blankists organised a rally outside of the Houses of Parliament this morning. They were met by a strong police action, several members were arrested as the signs could’ve been used to breach of the peace and cause offence. Blankism has been on the rise across the world to highlight multiple injustices and failures of government.
