A variant of the name "Richard," formed by fusing "Bitch" onto the first syllable. However, this name can be used for anyone.

Essentially: "Complaining Dick"

The bitchnads can lie dormant until they inexplicably begin producing massive amounts of Bitchtosterone (see hyper-bitchnads). Bitchtosterone has been know to cause irritability, confusion, and in some cases, mild retardation.
