Bipper

San Francisco Bay Area slang for auto burglar. A person who smashes car windows and steals items left visible inside parked cars, usually bags or laptops. Bippers work alone or in teams with another car acting as a getaway vehicle. Evidence of bip culture in the bay area is multiple burglarized cars showing temporary window coverings.

Ayo I'm finna clear my car out before we park, bippers be hecka wild lately!!

a term used in chicago for getting in trouble. this term is typically reserved for people being grounded by their parents, however someone can also become “bopped” by the cops.

A human being, as said by Plato, until Diogenes "persuaded" him into changing it to a featherless biped with broad, flat nails.

Plato said that a human was a featherless biped.
In response, Diogenes plucked a chicken and gave it to Plato, saying "Here is Plato's man!"
