When you are playing any video game without really thinking about what you're doing.

You can tell if someone is in Video Game Autopilot if they repeatedly do the same thing over and over, making them ridiculously easy to kill in Call of Duty.

You tend to reach the deepest levels of Video Game Autopilot when you're high as balls.
