An achiever even in the ghetto! against the urban city bullshit and showing that you can still bring up tough,strong, youth. For the most part, these legends have respect. Because they were able to keep their shit in line, dont get kids taken by CPS, and is lawyal to their FAMILY 100 percent. Alot of "stepped up" parents who take care of CPS kids are ghetto GOATS!They proved to be able to take care of the their kids or family by doing the right thing regardless of the outside influences.
