ZOMFG

Said as 'OH MY FUCKING GOD' but the Z is silent ... This is due to the fact that OMFG was supposed to be typed, but the typer has held down the SHIFT button as well as hitting the Z button which is next to it by accident.

It is now so popular that ppl will type ZOMG on purpose for the 1337 factor :)

zomfg

May also be defined as "Zombie, Oh My Fucking God!". Used as an expression of astonishment and fear when you spot a zombie and get terrified by what you see (the undead walking in the streets is not a pleasant discovery). May also be used as an expression of a feeling similar to the one you would get by the awesomeness, astonishment and fear you would get if you saw a zombie (more usual on a daily basis).

Ex. 1: Theoretically correct use:
Fred: *spotting a zombie* "ZOMFG!"
Ted: "Where is my freaking shotgun when I need it?!"
Jade: "Run for your fucking lives!" *screaming and running*

Ex. 2: Used as a expression:
Fred: "Zomfg! Check out that monster truck!"
Ted: "Wow, that's cool!"
Jade: "I think it's kinda scary ..."

ZOMFJ

'ZOMFJ' was coined by someone to have no meaning, I'm sure, but the meaning exists for fans of an anime/manga called Naruto. The way to actually say it out loud would not be 'zomfig' but 'Zoh My Fucking Jashin.' Jashin is a fictional god worshiped by the character Hidan from Naruto. Several fans actually claim to follow the religion of Jashinism, though that would require that they perform sacrificial rituals on living human beings, therefore killing them. No one but a serial killer, and a really good one at that, could actually follow this religion. Jashin's followers are supposed to get full immortality, age-wise and when it comes to physical harm.

Used to express surprise or...well, just about anything.

zomfgroflmfao

A combination of zomfg and roflmfao. The z originated from accidentally pressing z instead of shift. After that, it stands for "Oh my fucking God rolling on floor laughing my fucking ass off"
This word was invented by me, The Scyphozoa of CoD, and ggganz of civfanatics. I have never seen anyone but me use it.
Usually spelled in all caps. Rarely would you use z0mfgr0flm40 (it's 1337 equivalent).
