Used to describe women with long beautiful legs who stand taller than a lot of men. Popularly used by B-movie queen Julie Strain in reference to her 6'1" height, but can be used for any tall beautiful lady or amazon.
She may be taller than you, but she's worth the climb.
Ash is taller than me when she puts her heels on, but goddammit, she's definitely worth the climb.

Positive meaning:

Something or someone that is of high value.

For instance if someone is worth their weight in gold to you, then in a literal sense (assuming that person is 150 lbs.) their value would be 2,847,000 USD. (Because gold is worth about 1,300 USD per Troy ounce)
The new financial controller I hired cut down our expenses by 26%. He is definitely worth his weight in gold.
