Trimm-trabb is the name of a sneaker made of suede tops by Adidas in 1980. It was followed by Trimm-trab 2 in 1984.

I was curious because of the song of the same name mentions them. I thought it was the name stamped on a bag of heroin, but it makes sense in the context.

The song was written long after the sneaker's were produced.

"Get A Trim" means a person calling one another to get a good looking haircut instead of a dead trim that should not be considered a "Fresh Trim". People often get bullied because of it but just go to the best barbers in town and do something special with your hair. A clean fade might do the trick to get a "fresh trim" or any stylish expensive haircut.
