Someone (generally male or identifies as a male) who goes out of his way to maliciously speak about the significant others of females he hopelessly pursues.

Often his lies, or; exaggerated statements, are mixed in with truth, because he gossips like a Yiddish grandmother.

When the object of his desire returns to their S.O. and tells them what was said, a Townsley will subject himself to being punk'd for whatever nice item (that he stole from a homeless person) he has on his person when confronted, as he is far too bitch made to put up any resistance.

"She came to me crying about how her boyfriend won't let her leave and confiscated her phone, but I asked her what her favorite ice cream is cuz I ain't no fuckin Townsley."
