A word often used to describe someone who likes to masturbate more often than is considered normal or a word that is often used to describe someone who is being, quite simply, a prick.

The show developed a following of rabid fans who shortened the name of the production to the abbreviation "tos." They then called themselves "tossers." If they were aware of the other meaning of the word is unclear.

The exact same as a wanker. A person left all alone in the house no mum or dad he goes up into his room and decides to toss him self off he imagines a chocha in his mind.
