Swarm-like 

Swarm-like is a genre in video games.
It is most often an arcade like game in which players have to narrowly avoid enemy attacks with only a single health point — much like in a Bullet Hell.

"I just played Devil Daggers and Swarmlake and they are pretty genre defining for Swarm-like games."

A "friend" who comes into your house like a whirlwind, asks if he can have a beer, eats your leftover pizza, plays your Xbox, does all your drugs, leaves tons of trash behind, and then complains when the above activities are not available.

A utility in the video-game Valorant that is used by the character KillJoy as a deterrent that sticks to any horizontal surface. It is basically a molotov.

He won't defuse the spike, there is a swarm grenade on it.

Swarm Intelligence

The collective, emergent problem-solving ability that arises from the decentralized, self-organized cooperation of many simple agents, whether they're insects, robots, or software bots. No single entity is in charge or has the big picture; intelligence emerges from the bottom-up through local interactions and simple rules (like "follow the one in front," "avoid crowding," "move toward the target"). The swarm as a whole exhibits complex, adaptive behaviors—finding optimal paths, allocating tasks, or forming structures—that any individual member is too dumb to comprehend. It's democracy as a superorganism.

*Example: A colony of army ants building a living bridge with their bodies to cross a gap, or a flock of starlings (a murmuration) swirling in mesmerizing patterns to evade a predator, are natural Swarm Intelligence.
