When your email/MySpace/other electronic communication account has been hijacked by a virus that then uses your account to send messages to all your contacts, usually to continue spreading the virus, and/or distrubute spam.

Hey man, I didn't think this bulletin from you on MySpace looked legit, I think you got spamjacked.
