A broad term, taking on the life of the adjective implied by the user.
Usually negative.
Use it in the place of "stupid" or "douche bag"
Can be used creatively as, snatchy, snatcherific, snatchnasty.
Can be a noun but usually is an adjective.

"And then he broke the bong like a snatcha"

snatchbait kids

Similar to anarkiddies. At events such as summit protests, the police sometimes drive around 'snatching' those whom they assume are radicals or anarchists. Snatchbait kids are young radicals obsessed with wearing riot-chic clothing, and are particularly well known for wearing black bandannas when they are unnecessary - thus making them particularly susceptible to being snatched.

"I feel kinda sorry for those snatchbait kids - they're gonna get picked up any minute now for walking down the sidewalk."
