Sometimes, particularly on rare occasions this name will be voiced when a certain participant begins to feel least attended-to during a brief reefer smoking session commonly with-in a small group of fellows huddling together to smoke a fair sized joint.
This "certain member" will convey such a name in attempt to express his/her feelings towards the rest of the group and to notify them that the blunt has been consciously passed around the rest of the group at least 4 times but has seemed to "skip" the "particular member" in question.
