The person who comes already a little drunk and just wants to get mor drunk. They're the loud and clumsiest one.

Example 1:

PERSON1- Kaycee is acting so crazy tonight.
PERSON2- I think she is way to drunk.
KAYCEE- hey guys I'm drunk ass shit.
