To execute your daily duties in the US Navy without screwing over your buddy's and/or shipmates. Can be used sarcastically in most any situation.
Pro: And I quote "AT2 Silkworth displayed good shipmatesmanship by cleaning up all the crap that her LPO threw on the shop floor."

Con: "AT1 Walkup displayed poor shipmatesmanship when he threw crap all over the floor."

Slang. generating an aboundance of pleasure or amazement; fucking awesome.

World Origin
Developed in the late 2000's, "ship-" or "shibal-" may be used to express "fuck" or any emotions relevant to anger and originate from the Korean language. When these sounds are combined with "-awesome" it forms a generally inappropriate, but highly emphatic way of expressing "awesome".
