A tongue that is audible when it should not. A passive aggressive portrayal of one's masculinity.

My 300 lb boss never misses an opportunity to ensure his shilapi is heard, whether he's swallowing mid-sentence lecturing me, beating it in the office, or gulping down his coffee behind my back looking for typos on my TPS reports.
