Tiny little shit bit pieces of junk and food that accumulate on ones floor or other high traffic areas of ones abode. Often reaching a peak notice-ability and inconvenience level after neglect to vacuum and or clean.

Those fuckers didn't clean the place once! There are schniblits all over the carpet...is that onion?

schnibbles

a term that comes out of the Upper Midwest of the US commonly used to refer to little bits of paper. Not actually based on anything German, but German-sounding due to the Lutheran culture of the area (hence the spelling.)

1)the rough edges of notebook paper after it's been ripped out of said notebook
2)the holes that get punched out of hole-punched paper
3)the remains of a piece of paper after it has been torn to little bits
4)little bits of garbage in general

Don't even think about leaving those schnibbles all over the floor, pick them up and throw them away!

Originated as "sneh," a word used to say I dont care. The opposite of "Haba." Schnebly is also sometimes used as "Schnebly Hill Road," which is a street outside of Flagstaff, AZ. "Schnebly" and "Schnebly Hill Road" are often used in place of song lyrics that one does not know.

When my grandfather visited my uncle's gas station, they would often pour a schnibsy or two at around 3 in the afternoon.
