Schwebbing

The arm-flailing dance or any bodily motions done by a person or persons who have recently walked headlong into a spider's web.

You see a person walking in the distance, possibly between two trees, and you observe them suddenly schwebbing, flailing about wildly, attempting to rid themselves of the web now covering their head or body.
