A Finnish word for a warm room (temperatures around 80-140°C) used for cleansing and relaxation even more importantly. A sauna is equipped with wooden seating (in Finnish lauteet) and a casing holding an amount of stones heated by electricity or by burning wood (kiuas). Water is thrown on these hot rocks to create steam which makes you sweat thus making the dirt on your skin loosen. Traditionally going to sauna is accompanied by couple of beers and swimming in lake (summertime) or rolling in snow (wintertime). For Finns sauna is almost a holy place and great care has to be taken to behave in a corresponding manner (no farting, no yelling :).

Super Shroom Sauna

The "Super Shroom Sauna" also known as "triple S" is the act of eating a meal that involves a large amount of mushrooms until you have massive diarrhea. After the meal has been consumed proceed to rid of this said diarrhea into a toilet(Preferably your own). Do not flush! Flushing will destroy the process! Next, after letting out your mushroom poop bonanza, sit on the toilet for the next 10 minutes and let the intricate aroma fill up your bathroom like a hotbox. Inhale the fumes deeply until you get light headed and can taste it. That is the SuperShroomSauna. For a better effect eat the mushrooms with a side of onions and/or sardines.

Pee Sauna

Pee Sauna is a state of enlightenment obtained when one steams their piss and absorbs the vapour in a portable sauna. The enlightenment is said to gift the user with abilities similar to that of The Melon Man and HeeHoo. Lesser results can be obtained by using six cans of Red Bull or two full bottles of High Life.

A person can only withstand the Pee Sauna up to three times, any more and it becomes a pattern. And nobody wants a pattern involving pee.
